ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

In today's complex and rapidly evolving business landscape, leaders are increasingly called upon to navigate challenges with not just strategic acumen but also with deep inner wisdom and compassion. This conclave aims to explore the integration of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) into leadership practices, emphasizing how it complements Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to foster decisions rooted in integrity, empathy, and a higher purpose.

Building upon the insights from the 2025 conclave, which delved into integrating spirituality into business through India's diverse traditions, the 2026 edition seeks to further this dialogue by focusing on the personal development of leaders.

Venue:
XLRI Jamshedpur
Conference Dates:
July 24 (4:30 PM) – July 26 (1:00 PM), 2026
